  Having recently attempted to purchase an iPhone for the first time, I found myself in this store speaking to an "expert". Despite having a set budget and informing the salesperson of my desired item to purchase, the expert proceeded to show me a top of the range model bombarding me with details and technological wish wash that just seemed like over kill. This case of over selling your products led me out of the store. Despite the sales tactics, the salesperson (I forgot her name) was polite and seemed to genuinely believe in her products, even if it did lead to an over selling situation.

  I was advised to be at the store at 8.30 am to do a walk in. I had an appointment later but due to changes was unable to come at that time and tried to arrange a new appointment. Non available . Lad was good to advise me to do the walk in but did not advise that the store opens at 9am. This may have been good to know as I have an injury and cannot stand to long and no seats to sit. Arrange seats outside the store this would be good then I would not mind the wait.

  6 hour wait for my daughter to be told the phone was water damaged.
  never been in water.
  wouldn't show us the phone's damage just some photo of the phone which was taken out the back.
  told a $900 bill for new phone.
  the i10 is supposed to be water resistant ??
  Anyway vodafone our supplier is helping is out with the problem.
  The apple store has a bunch of computer geeks that have no real concept of the real world or how to make a customer feel they have had a good experience or outcome.

  Best experience I’ve had with Apple so far.
  Customer service was great, friendly and to the point.
  Perry at Apple Penrith was great and a pleasure dealing with.
  I almost considered changing phones makes but Apple Penrith and its staff members have restored my faith in Apple.
  5 stars!!!

  My experience with Apple Penrith has always been great. Their genius bar served me well and the staff I've dealt with were very friendly and efficient. My son attended Apple Camp sessions and he loved it! He wants to do some more! I've attended a session on Parental Controls and it was very informative and the trainer was excellent! Will definitely recommend this branch from what I've experienced.
